Return & Refund Policy
At Hugo’s Interiors, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
- You may return unused items by giving notice to Hugo’s, within 24 HOURS of delivery.
- All returns are subject to inspection and approval at the sole discretion of Hugo’s Interiors.
- A minimum 25% restocking fee will be assessed to cover drayage and handling.
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
- Certain items are non-returnable including special orders, custom orders, sale items, clearance items, and personalized products.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
- We replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
- To exchange a product, please contact our customer service team before sending it back.
